چکیده
Abstract Background Myxomas represent about 5–10% of primary cardiac tumors in children, and only 2.5–4% myxomas originate from ventricular chambers. Symptoms signs right depend mainly on the size site tumor its effect inflow outflow blood. Case presentation A 15-year-old female patient presented with syncope exertion symptoms congestive heart failure. She had a history dyspnea palpitation for 2 years before admission. The showed no contrast enhancement early dynamic delayed gadolinium images, suggestive thrombus. was safely excised annuloplasty repair done using atriotomy vertical ventriculotomy approaches. discharged well condition postoperative day 6. Pathologically, confirmed as myxoma old extensive hemorrhage inside. Conclusions Early echocardiography is essential patients complaining unexplained diagnosis management rare cases. Multimodality needed planning surgical procedure masses. Hemorrhage inside may lead to tumor.

HPC is more commonly located supratentorially and tends to occur in a younger age group, with average age at presentation of 38–42 years. The tumor was found throughout the entire CNS, usually superficially and closely related to the meninges. Moreover, they have a st...
